There’s a season after the wedding day that feels quieter and fuller all at once. It’s the stretch of years where life settles into its own rhythm - where the house grows louder, the days move faster and the ordinary begins to carry a kind of importance you didn’t see coming.

Mornings start before you’re ready, small hands reach for yours without thinking, and the familiar rituals of bedtime stories, messy kitchen counters and toys scattered across the floor become the backdrop of everything. It isn’t curated or polished and it doesn’t need to be. It’s simply the shape of your life right now, unfolding in its own steady way.

I approach family sessions the same way I approach weddings - with joy, honesty and deep respect and admiration for the story I have the chance to witness. There’s no expectation of perfection or pressure to perform. Just space to be together as you are while I quietly notice the way you lean into one another, the giggles and snuggles and alllll of the little moments that feel so simple right now.

These years can feel endless and fleeting at the same time, subtly shifting and evolving before you realize they’ve changed. What remains are the memories of how it felt to be here - in this season, in your home or your favorite places, in this version of your family just as you were. That’s what I’m here to document and I love every moment of it.
